Our Policies

Clear guidelines for pre-orders, catering events, custom orders.

Weekly Pre-Orders

Order Deadline: All pre-orders must be placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM for the following weekend's delivery.

Minimum Order: No minimum order required for weekly pre-orders.

Payment: Full payment is due at the time of order placement.

​

Delivery: Orders are picked up or delivered on your pre-selected delivery date & time.

​

Cancellations: All pre-order sales are final. No cancellations,changes or refunds as prep and production of your order starts immediately.

​

Modifications: Modifications to your pick up location and time are considered, based on availability,if requested 24 hours or more in advance.

Custom Orders & Caterin

Deposit Required: A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your event date.

​

Booking Window: Catering and Custom Orders must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance for preparation.

​

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before your requested pick-up or deliver date.

 

Menu Customization: Custom menus are available and can be discussed during consultation.

​

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 7 days will,after final payment is due will not be refunded.

Event Services

Deposit Required: A 25% deposit is required to begin preparation of your event.

 

Consultation: A consultation meeting is included to discuss your specific requirements and preferences.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule may be granted based on availability.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and some digital payment methods. Payment plans may be available for large orders—please contact us to discuss options.

We stand behind the quality of all our products. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

Allergen Notice

 

​Our facility comes in contact with common allergens including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. Although we take precautions to prevent cross-contact, we operate where items containing these products are used. If you have a severe allergy to any of these, please do not consume our products.

Policy Updates

 

We reserve the right to update these policies as needed. Changes will be communicated to customers in advance.

Pickup & Delivery

 

Delivery is available within our service area for orders over a certain amount. Pickup is available at a variety of public locations and is pre-selected at the time of purchase.
