Terms & Conditions
By placing an order or booking services with Sugar Spell Treat Bar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All payments are due in full at the time of order unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. By submitting payment, you authorize Sugar Spell Treat Bar to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter. Fraudulent chargebacks for products delivered or services rendered may be considered theft of goods and/or services and may result in civil action, recovery of associated fees, and submission of documentation to financial institutions. We maintain detailed records including invoices, confirmations, contracts, and delivery verification.

 

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Sugar Spell Treat Bar for any claim arising from any product or service shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order or service.

 

Refund Policy
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

 

Weekly Preorders (Pickup / Delivery / Shipping)
Orders must be paid in full at checkout. Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds. Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted or completed. We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier damage, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Pre Orders for Pop up Events
Orders not picked up during the designated event pickup window will be considered abandoned and are non-refundable. We are unable to arrange alternate pickup, delivery, or post-event meetups.

 

Event Catering & Custom Orders
Event dates require a non-refundable retainer to secure booking. Remaining balances are due prior to the event date. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by California law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

 

California Gift Card Disclosure
In accordance with California Civil Code Section 1749.5: Gift cards do not expire. No service fees or dormancy fees will be charged. Gift cards with a remaining balance of less than $10 are redeemable for cash upon request. Promotional or complimentary gift certificates may have different terms as permitted by law.

 

Allergen & Cottage Food Disclosure
Our facility comes in contact with common allergens including: wheat, eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. Although we take precautions to prevent cross-contact, we operate in a facility where items containing these products are used. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read and understand the allergen notice. You confirm that you do not have a severe allergy to any of these allergens, or if you do, you will not consume these products or share with others with severe allergies.
